What does my first visit look like?

Your initial visit is a friendly encounter with the doctors at Spinal Rehab and Wellness Center. You’ll start by filling out paper work about your current condition and past health history. The doctors will discuss details about your current condition as well as any related issues that could provide insight into your complaint. Your Chiropractor will perform necessary assessment of the concern as well a range of motion assessment, postural analysis, joint and muscle testing, the administration of relevant orthopedic tests, and a complete neurological evaluation. The doctors will inform you if further testing is needed such as x-rays, blood work, or other forms of advanced imaging. You will then be advised if your condition can be helped by chiropractic, or it would be more appropriately managed by another health care provider. Your initial visit will end with passive physiotherapy and education about what will help decrease the symptoms you are experiencing.

What’s my second visit look like?

You’ll receive an overall report of findings and discuss your individualized treatment plan. We’ll cover these 4 main questions plus answer as many of your questions as possible.

  • What’s wrong?
  • How can we treat it?
  • How long it will take to find relief?
  • How much will it cost?

From there, we’ll partner with you to determine the best therapy for your condition. Of course, with every visit to SRWC, you’ll experience the highest quality of care.

A final thought – many people wonder if they have to go to a chiropractor for the rest of their life once they start. Our clients have found that, similar to exercising regularly or brushing your teeth every day, chiropractic care can be used proactively to stay functioning at the highest possible levels. It can be incorporated into your lifestyle as a success strategy, rather than something you have to do.
